Privacy & takedown
This site covers minors. These rules are how we try to do that responsibly, and they're enforced in the software, not just stated here.
What we publish by default
- Team schedules, scores and records — always. A score is a fact about a team, not about a child.
- Varsity and sub-varsity athletes — first name and last initial, like “Kara N.” We drop the surname because that is the part that identifies a household and makes a child findable. Where our source published only an initial and a surname — the way box scores are written — that is what you'll see instead, until we can replace it. Tell us and we will shorten it, or remove it entirely.
- Junior high athletes — team schedules and results only. We do not publish junior high rosters, athlete names, individual statistics or athlete pages.
What we don't publish
- Home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or class schedules.
- Injury details.
- Academic information.
- Anything about a student whose family has asked us not to.
Photographs
Photographs are published with consent on file. Junior high athletes are not named or tagged in galleries. If you spot a photo of your child that you didn't agree to, tell us and it comes down — see below.
Requesting a removal or correction
You do not need to give a reason. Email us with enough detail to find the item — a link is ideal — and we will act on it.

We aim to remove identifying content within 48 hours of a verified request, and to correct factual errors within 48 hours. Removal requests are honoured without argument.
Where our information comes from
Schedules, scores and statistics are compiled through the TCA/Bound calendar, MaxPreps, CHSAA, NFHS Network and sport-specific official result systems. A full breakdown, including what each source permits, is on our sources page.
Independence
This site is fan-run and independently operated. It is not an official publication of The Classical Academy, and the school is not responsible for its content. Always confirm schedule details with your coach or the athletic department before making plans.
Analytics and tracking
We don't run third-party advertising trackers or sell data. If you subscribe to alerts, your email address is used to send you those alerts and nothing else, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
