Privacy & takedown

This site covers minors. These rules are how we try to do that responsibly, and they're enforced in the software, not just stated here.

What we publish by default

• Team schedules, scores and records — always. A score is a fact about a team, not about a child.
• Varsity and sub-varsity athletes — first name and last initial by default. Full names only where a parent, guardian or an adult athlete has told us that's fine.
• Middle school athletes — team results only. No individual names, statistics or identifiable photographs without explicit parent or guardian consent.

What we don't publish

• Home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or class schedules.
• Injury details.
• Academic information.
• Anything about a student whose family has asked us not to.

Photographs

Photographs are published with consent on file. Identifiable images of middle school athletes require explicit parent or guardian permission before they appear anywhere on this site. If you spot a photo of your child that you didn't agree to, tell us and it comes down — see below.

Requesting a removal or correction

You do not need to give a reason. Email us with enough detail to find the item — a link is ideal — and we will act on it.

Where our information comes from

Schedules and results are compiled from The Classical Academy's published calendar, CHSAA and the NFHS Network. We link to other outlets rather than reproducing their work. A full breakdown, including what each source permits, is on oursources page.

Independence

This site is fan-run and independently operated. It is not an official publication of The Classical Academy, and the school is not responsible for its content. Always confirm schedule details with your coach or the athletic department before making plans.

Analytics and tracking

We don't run third-party advertising trackers or sell data. If you subscribe to alerts, your email address is used to send you those alerts and nothing else, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
